Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the taxi association you are registering.
2. The service
TaxiOS provides software for taxi associations to manage members, vehicles, documents, fees, and related administration. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and trial
New associations receive a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the member, vehicle, and financial data you enter into Taxios. We store it to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties.
We also record usage activity within the application — pages you visit and your login times — to operate, secure, and improve the service.
5. Payments
Subscription fees are billed as described on the billing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using Taxios at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used unlawfully.
7. Liability
TaxiOS is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the address listed on your billing page.
